With the Martin 00-30 S, the traditional American manufacturer is presenting one of its famous custom shop models, which is equipped with selected materials and, in addition to its individual appearance, also impresses with an incomparable sound. The craftsmanship of the almost 200-year-old family business is easy to recognize in the detailed inlay work and decorations made of abalone and wood and, in addition to its solid construction, gives the instrument the quintessence that still inspires Martin fans all over the world today. An interplay of fine rosewood and a construction that has been carefully thought out to the millimeter creates a quickly appealing sound that fades away in the overtones for a long time and gently merges into the next note. The playability of the sturdy mahogany neck is also a pleasure right up to the highest frets, as a well-matched neck profile enables clean gripping without much effort. The characteristic headstock is equipped with side-mount nickel mechanisms, which, in addition to the venerable Martin lettering, subtly emphasize the quality of the guitar.
