Devices and instruments can be delivered personally to our store. Oversized devices in transport boxes are accepted only at the service center (shipping address).
Shipped equipment must be securely packed for transport. It is recommended to send the instruments in hard cases or cardboard boxes.
Disconnect all plugs from the device and remove the batteries. All fluid must be removed from smoke, snow, fog, or bubble generating machinery. The safety keys and interlocks should be removed from the device and attached to the set.
When sending the device to our service, please include the following information:
- First name and last name,
- Telephone number and email address,
- Copy of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), warranty card (in case of warranty repair),
- Detailed information about the fault,
- Return shipping address.
